Galvanized Iron Wire is made with mild steel hard-drawn, and then galvanized. lt is rust-resistant, and very versatile in applications. Galvanized Iron Wire can be supplied in the form of coil wire, spool wire or further processed into straightened cut wire or U type wire.
Processing with low carbon Steel Wire, through drawing and electric galvanizing Standard wire gauge from 8# to 16# binding of flowers as wire ties in the garden and yard, and wire mesh making as weaving wires.
Produced by passing through the processes of annealing, acid and flux bath and zinc dipping in the state-of-the-art galvanizing.

Hot-dip galvanized iron wire is made with choice low carbon steel wire, through wire drawing, acid washing and rust removing,annealing and coiling. It’s mainly used in construction, handicrafts, woven wire mesh, express way fencing mesh, packaging of products and other daily uses.

2) Electro galvanized iron wire
Electro galvanized iron wire is made with choice mild steel, through wire drawing, wire galvanizing and other processes. Electro galvanized iron wire has the characteristics of thick zinc coating, good corrosion resistance, firm zinc coating, etc. It’s mainly used in construction, express way fencing, binding of flowers and wire mesh weaving.
