Characteristic
Excellent strength and hardenability make Alloy 4130 steel seamless round tubes ideal for applications that handle structural work. If such low-alloy steels are manufactured using ASTM A519 specifications, they are either hot worked or cold worked. If ASTM A519 Class 4130 piping is part of mechanical piping, they may be stranded cast or cast ingots. 4130 alloy steel Seamless Pipe is usually made of hot - worked steel. If necessary, these hot-worked tubular tubes are then cold-worked to build the desired size, shape, or performance. Pipes are usually arranged in any of the following shapes -- square, round, rectangular, and cross-section of specific properties. To qualify parts of a specified element, you can use thermal analysis.
The 4130 Chromoly Steel Pipe could be coated with a film of oil before the performance of any shaping operation. Coat these pipes to prevent rust if specified by Buyer.
